Directions:

 From Maiden

 Take the Hwy 70 exit just past the I-40 interchange. Make a right off the exit ramp and take a left at the second stop light (4^th Street). Go through four stop lights and take the next road to the left (Main Ave SW) before the railroad tracks. We are the second building on the left.

  From Granite Falls

  Take a left onto 2^nd Ave (light at Ham’s restaurant). Make a right at the third stop light (the Spa Athletic Club will be on your left). Proceed over the rail road tracks and immediately make a left (Main Ave SW). We are half a mile on the right.

 From Conover

 Take I-40 to exit 125 (Lenoir Rhyne Blvd.) and make a right at the light. Go to the fourth light and make a left (Tate Blvd.). Go to the fifth light and make a right (4^th Street). Take the next left (Main Ave. SW) before the railroad tracks. We are the second building on the left.

 From  Hwy. 127

 Take a right on 1^st Ave. SW (at the Hickory Fire Department). Go thru downtown Hickory and make a left at the fourth stop light (4^th Street). Go over the railroad tracks and take an immediate right (Main Ave. SW). We are the second building on the left.
